This depends entirely on the complexity of the job. Simple ring sizings or chain solders can often be completed in a few days. Complex restorations or custom designs take longer. We will give you a firm timeline during your consultation.
Basic sonic cleaning and inspection of your prongs is complimentary. If the piece requires professional polishing to remove deep scratches and restore the rhodium plating (for white gold), there is a service fee.
